About SDA

Established in 1993 as Stephen Davies Associates the Partnership changed its name to SDA Consulting in 2007.

The Partnership has wide ranging experience of all project types
with particular experience in housing, education, local authority and healthcare projects. This is complemented with experience on commercial, industrial, leisure and retail schemes.

SDA Consulting have extensive experience in the provision of consultancy services on high value and complex projects. Success has been built through providing a high quality service to our clients and establishing a solid reputation for having a flexible and responsive approach. SDA Consulting have established long term collaborative arrangements working with our clients on a variety of successful frameworks and partnering schemes.

We offer a comprehensive consultancy service with the flexibility to meet the requirements of our clients and to adapt to changing circumstances and have experience in all areas of construction, refurbishment and property maintenance.

All Partners and senior staff are Chartered Surveyors. The practice has a structured training scheme approved by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and all technical staff are encouraged to gain their professional qualifications through the RICS.

The Practice is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and is registered on Constructionline, Registration No. 10743.
