As an independent Practice we recognise that maintaining highly motivated, committed staff is fundamental to our success. We provide formal training combined with practical experience to enable individuals to acquire the knowledge, skills and qualifications necessary for their career development.

The practice has a structured training scheme approved by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and all technical staff are encouraged to gain their professional qualifications through the RICS.

We typically have staff progressing their qualifications via:

• Students on industrial placement from University
• Full time staff undertaking correspondence courses with the College of Estates Management
• Staff undertaking day release courses combining employment with University study
• Staff attending specialist training courses for specific skills
