25/01/19 - SDA are working as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer on the conversion of the Grade II listed Anglia House at 86 Cross Street in Manchester City Centre forming eight residential apartments to the upper floors with a ground floor betting shop converted into a restaurant and bar to the ground floor and basement. Planning permission has recently been granted on this impressive example of an Edwardian Baroque style building.
