24/08/18 - We are delighted to have acted as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on the refurbishment of the reception and business conference area at the four star Manchester Marriott Victoria and Albert Hotel in Spinningfields.
The completed revamp provides striking new features whilst complementing and retaining original features of this classic hotel housed in Grade II listed buildings. The design team worked closely with the hotel to ensure the character of the hotel was maintained whilst modernising facilities. Exposed original brickwork, cast iron columns and vintage wooden beams were retained as part of the upgrade.
Peter Hill, the Hotel’s General Manager said “We are particularly proud of this refurbishment as we have kept the 19th century feel of the original building but have added all the 21st century amenities our guests expect. Our guests are at the centre of everything we do.”
