09/06/2020 - SDA have won a place on the four year ICN framework which will run until June 2024 supplying both Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services to support delivery of new homes across the North of England. Innovation Chain North is a framework for construction and associated professional services procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is therefore OJEU compliant.
The framework is not only to support Great Places Housing Group’s very ambitious development programme but also those of other Housing Associations operating across the north of England and looking to deliver mixed use housing and associated social infrastructure.
