14/07/21: It’s great to see Clarion Housing’s 30 affordable housing units taking shape at East Avenue, Weston. 20 are for affordable rent with 10 for shared ownership. SDA are acting as Monitoring Surveyor on the project which is part of a S106 requirement within a 99 unit development.
