20/09/19 - SDA Consulting LLP are delighted to see the Denise Coates Foundation Building open at Keele University. We are proud to have worked with the University over the past three years acting as NEC Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on this sector leading multi-million pound state-of-the-art Smart Innovation Hub. The team included Architects BDP, Structural, Civil and Building Services Engineers White Young Green and Contractor Bouygues UK.
In the heart of Keele University’s campus, the new building houses Keele Business School, a large lecture theatre fitted with 220 seats and an atrium comprising multi-functional study and social space with a variety of seating and a café. In line with Keele University’s green ethos, the facility has been planned with a focus on sustainability resulting in a BREEAM Excellent rating.
