As the latest in a longstanding relationship with Lancaster University, we were delighted to recently see handover of the landmark Health Innovation One Building, phase 1 of the new £41m Health Innovation Campus.The building will house the Medical School and Division of Health Research – but also offers space for external organisations to co-locate on site and work with the University on significant health challenges. Well done to our SDA team who cost managed the scheme which was designed by John McAslan and Partners and constructed by BAM Construction.
