27/07/22 - We are delighted to be reappointed on Lancaster University’s Quantity Surveying Services Framework. Our HE Sector specialist cost management team will work with the University’s Facilities Team on future Capital Development projects on refurbishment of existing buildings and infrastructure works. We are proud of our work at the University with recent key schemes cost managed including the new £41m Health Innovation Campus, £24.8m Management School, £11m Library Extension and a £6m Sports Centre extension. We have also cost managed numerous refurbishment and infrastructure schemes.
