29/07/21: Our team were proud to act as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on the recent revitalisation of Heywood Market Hall. The works involved new flooring, new wall cladding/finishes, new stall fittings and shop frontages, a redesigned café layout, construction of a feature bandstand/stage area, new external and internal signage, new lighting installations and a complete refurbishment of customer toilets It was a pleasure working with Heywood Magic Market, who run the market, delivering this vibrant community asset.
