SDA Delighted to attend Official Opening of Platform,King Street West

05/09/25 - SDA were delighted to attend the official opening of Platform, King Street West, the first of two Great Places Housing Group projects in the Stockport Mayoral Corporation Town Centre West regeneration area.    The scheme provides 73 one and two-bedroom apartments for Rent to Buy and includes two communal lobbies, a co-working lounge space, rooftop communal terraces with planting and seating, secure parking spaces with EV charging points and internal bike storage.  The scheme was designed by Bowker Sadler Architects and was constructed by Hargreaves Contracting.  SDA Consulting LLP provided Clerk of Works quality inspection services.
