The £17m Ascent Development Programme was an innovative joint venture between Moorlands Housing and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council formed to provide affordable housing to address local housing needs and included properties for rent, shared ownership and outright sale.   Set over 17 sites, the programme included the provision of 134 high quality, contemporary, energy efficient homes, a 9 bed extra-care facility and a Community Centre: Finalist at UK Housing Awards and Housing Excellence Awards.
