£9m new build retirement village on a two acre site in Keswick to enable older people with a range of needs to live independently in their local community. The scheme involved the demolition of previous flats and the construction of 69 apartments with a mix of shared ownership, rental properties and outright sale in order to meet local demands. Won Best High Volume New Housing Development award at the Northern LABC Building Excellence Awards.
