The Denise Coates Foundation Building is a gateway building comprising a state-of-the-art Smart Innovation Hub and Business School including a tiered lecture theatre, a business lounge, social learning spaces and a café.   Designed by RIBA award-winning and Sterling prize-nominated architects BDP, the project has been designed to create ‘open innovation’ between businesses, academic researchers, the public sector and consumers in key areas such as social, environmental, health and medical technology.
