THE PROJECT
£3.2m BREEAM Excellent Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) Centre comprising a two storey building incorporating construction workshops, IT suites, classrooms and communal areas. The building was constructed on piled foundations with a steel frame and a new plantroom on the ground floor for ease of maintenance.
