08/09/22 - SDA are delighted to be working with Nautilus International on this multi-million pound mixed use residential and office scheme at Mariner’s Park in Wallasey. The development involves demolition of existing buildings and creation of a new-build medium rise block designed by Pozzoni containing 27 new two bedroom apartments with office space to the top floor. SDA are acting as Employer’s Agent on the scheme.
