The 'Greenhaus' block has officially topped out at 32 metres

11/05/23 - The ‘Greenhaus’ block in Salford which is being built opposite Salford Cathedral on Chapel Street, has officially topped out at 32 metres.

We are proud to be supporting this landmark project and look forward to its completion in Spring 2024.

The 96-apartment project is being built to Passivhaus standards and will be the largest Passivhaus affordable housing scheme in the north-west. The development is being delivered by The English Cities Fund – a joint venture between nationwide placemaker, Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England – alongside Salix Homes. The project team includes architect Buttress, engineers Alan Johnston Partnership and contractor Eric Wright. SDA are acting as Monitoring Surveyor.
