20/08/19 - SDA are delighted that the University of Manchester has appointed us on their four year Construction Consultancy Services Framework to deliver Cost Consultancy Services and Building Surveying Services.
We are proud that the new framework will see us continuing our long standing association with the University, who we have helped continually enhance its campus since 2003. Current projects include the 1,122 bedroom Unsworth Park student accommodation development by Vinci Construction in Fallowfield. As Project Managers on this scheme we will be taking handover of the first phases shortly ready for the new 2019/2020 student intake. Our Building Surveying team are also pleased to have been involved in providing quality control inspections on some of the largest schemes on campus, including Unsworth park student accommodation, MEDC and Henry Royce Engineering Building.
